At Financiarts, all products are produced on demand through our trusted U.S.-based printing partners via Printify. We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
1. Shipping Carriers
We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all orders, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
2. Production and Delivery Times
Each product type has different production and shipping times.
Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed in the Shipping section of each product page, allowing customers to view details before placing an order.
Please note that rare delays may occur, but we make every effort to fulfill and deliver your order promptly.
3. Shipping Costs
All products are eligible for Free U.S. Shipping. The cost of shipping is included in the listed product price.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, We will automatically send a tracking number to your email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your address.
5. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Financiarts cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@financiarts.com

For personalized items, we will reproduce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

For non-personalized (print-on-demand) items, you may be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

All claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
