The shipping process and fees are the same for all products in our store (T-shirts, mugs, and wall clocks) and are outlined below:

  1. Shipping Time: 3–7 business days

  2. Shipping Cost: Free

  3. The free shipping policy applies to all orders regardless of the quantity or weight of the items purchased. All of the above-mentioned shipping details are also stated on every product page under the Shipping | Tracking | Returns sections.

At Financiarts, all products are produced on demand through our trusted U.S.-based printing partners via Printify. We currently ship only within the United States. 

1. Shipping Carriers

We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all orders, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

2. Production and Delivery Times

Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed in the Shipping | Tracking | Returns section of each product page, allowing customers to view details before placing an order.

3. Shipping Costs

All products are eligible for Free U.S. Shipping. The cost of shipping is included in the listed product price.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, We will automatically send a tracking number to your email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your address.

5. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Financiarts cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@financiarts.com

  • For personalized items, we will reproduce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

  • For non-personalized (print-on-demand) items, return, exchange, or refund, options are available.

  • All claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
